Hi Sieghard, I think I may have figured it out. I had to change some settings in the apple TV settings. I now have HDMI connected from the apple TV to the LG hometheater. The LG hometheater is connected via HDMI to the television. I turned dolby digital off in the apple settings. So far, voiceover seem to be working ok.
