Hi, Could you please stop changing the subject of your messages? It makes it harder for those of us that use Gmail to keep track of what has already been suggested.
This is almost certainly a router problem. Whilst I would suggest disabling all firewalls to make sure that they're not stopping it from working, I too have the same problem every now and again and rebooting the router usually solves the problem. Additionally, if you Google the error message, you'll find hundreds of people who are having the same problem and nine times out of ten it boils down to a router. Apples suggestion is to buy an airport express (no surprises there), but my Netgear DGN2200 seams to cope with it pretty well, where as an older Netgear DG834G struggled. Cheers, Ben.
