Unfortunately, instead of over 700 pages, what downloaded was the two pages of promotional material about the book. It is not a new book, so this is not a pre-order. I found the "Report a Problem link below the book title in the iTunes receipt and clicked on it. I signed in with my Apple ID and password. Below the "Report a Problem" heading was my Apple ID and an edditfield with a string of characters already filled in, and "No results" below that. There was nowhere to proceed from there. Where can I call or email to get the book or a refund? Thanks for any help.
