Hi, SMS on GV and Call on GV are now working with iPhone 5s, and those
are the primary reasons for me jailbreaking in the first place. Oh, and
just yesterday BiteSMS released beta 8.07 which also works with iPhone
5s. Another reason to jailbreak as the messages app on iPhone can be
quite plain when compared to BiteSMS.
Also, AppLocker, a tweak which allows you to lock any app with password
protection, including the Settings app, for prying children, or other
things like Messages, your bank app, ETC, is now working with iPhone 5s
and even uses the finger ID to unlock your apps if necessary rather than
the password.
So yeah, Jailbreaking iOS 7 is up and going well. In fact, I've had a
better time jailbreaking iOS 7 than I did iOS 6.
