Hi, I believe that for general iOS 7 it is, but if you are on a 64-bit
processor like the iPhone 5s, iPad Air, and iPad Mini Retina, then you
have to get the Activator Beta. My recommendation is to check
www.iphonehacks.com and you will know for sure.
