We just found out the hard way that one should really have at least some familiarity with using where's my iPhone, either the app or iCloud.com. Ironically, just last week I suggested we figure out that in case, and today she lost her phone. Unfortunately, it appears whoever found it has disabled the phone before we had a chance to locate it.
