There's also Rev Voice Recorder: Audio Transcription and Dictation (Free Trial), by Rev. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/rev-voice-recorder-audio-transcription/id598332111?mt=8 I think it will let you change the recording quality. It also has an option to turn off automatic uploading of files to Dropbox, which can be nice sometimes. I think you can also choose where files for are stored on Dropbox, but I'm not sure about that.
