Before trying all that, do a hard reset. Go to the Home screen, just to give all apps a chance to save. Then, hold down the power and home buttons at the same time, and keep both pressed for about 10-12 seconds. If you have vision, wait until the phone starts booting; if not, give it at least 12 seconds, perhaps a bit more, or grab a sighted person to tell you when the screen lights up.
