I just searched for iClean and came up with pretty much the same thing. One was a screen cleaner for 99 cents and the other was free which sounded like the one you were talking about. I hope it's just taken off the market because their working on a better version or something. Maybe a sweet of apps to keep your devices tip-top althought what that could be is beyond me!
