As mentioned in previous posts, after upgrading to IOS 7.1 on my wife's
fifth gen iPod, I can no longer access the app switcher, regardless of
what I do. It was suggested that I change the triple click home setting
since one can enable voice over with Siri. I changed the triple click
setting to a couple of different things and then rebooted the unit. No
luck. Absolutely nothing happens when I press the home button twice.
This prompts two questions. First, is there any other way to get into
the app switcher? Second, what is the correct email address to send a
report of this issue to the accessibility team at Apple.
Thanks for feedback.
