Hello Jim, and Alex and all. Basically she said for me to do the following 
things which would've been restore and do a hard reset. She also ran a 
diagnostic on my phone to make sure that it was running normally and it was so 
that was one of the things that I recommend all of us doing is calling and 
making sure that our phones are running normally. I will post the phone number 
here for AppleCare in the US. 1-800-275-2273 and I'm sorry, that my message did
