Hello Jim, and Alex and all. Basically she said for me to do the following things which would've been restore and do a hard reset. She also ran a diagnostic on my phone to make sure that it was running normally and it was so that was one of the things that I recommend all of us doing is calling and making sure that our phones are running normally.
