I've noticed a difference too, though in my case it may just be iOS
7.1. I have turned Bluetooth on before to work with my Braille
display, but when I am done I turn Bluetooth off again. I usually use
my phone  a little bit throughout the day, but more heavily during
lunch and on the bus ride home. Before updating to iOS 7.1, I would go
from 100 percent to between 30-50 percent by the end of the day. Now
though, I am dropping only around 20 or 30 percent through the day.
Not quite sure why some have trouble and others don't but I'm glad
that my battery is working great so far.
