When you say status bar, are you talking about the place on my phone where it tells me the time and my signal stregnth? I have tried double tapping the title of the web page but I always end up getting a edit text with the keyboard popped up. Then I have to find the cancel button, then I can access the menu at the bottom of the screen. This is a huge pain just to go back a page. :)
