Kelly, there may be truth in what this engineer says, but the advice sounds specious to me. Back up to the computer several times and to iCloud as well? Why? Is the back-up process so prone to flaws that it needs to be repeated? This makes little sense. Thank you, though, for passing along what may be helpful information.
