Mary;

I actually prefer to use Fantastical over the native calendar app. I suppose though, if you plan to use SIRI, you will be using the native app because, from what I understand, there's no way to configure an alternative calendar app as the "default." But, Fantastical uses the same data as the native app (Home Calendar, etc.), so as long as you aren't trying to employ some of the more advanced features of Fantastical (setting an event for the third Wednesday of each month, etc.) there isn't really much of an issue here.

hi Richard,
I just downloaded Fantastical 2 for my iPhone. I am curious if you have used it with Siri. Does that work for setting appointments, reminders, etc.? Or do you have to do with the good old-fashioned way.

Hello everyone,
I use the fantastical 2 calendar app along with the native iPhone calendar app. I want to customize an event. It is a job that I have on the last Thursday of the month. At some point, I was able to do this, but, now I can't figure it out to duplicate it on another day. Is that still possible? If so, please give me directions. Thanks in advance.
