Hi Del, As others said, you should contact the seller unless of course it was a non-authorized seller maybe on eBay, but if this is only 3 or 4 months old it should be covered under warranty, once again, unless of course you dropped it in the toilet, stepped on it or something else that was clearly user-caused damage. I have a Jabra Supreme and it has many of the same features in terms of announcing who is calling, voice answer etc., but if I were to buy another headset now I would probably try the Voyager Legend because of its good reviews.
