Hi,

I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with iTunes Match.

I have about 500 CDs to rip. I've had problems with the few CDs I've ripped
into iTunes because the key search field apparently hasn't always been tagged
consistently. I've ripped CDs from Broadway musicals, for example, that get
chopped up into several different albums with random tracks associated with
each.

I'd like to establish a step-by-step process of putting a CD into my PC drive,
then following the process to make sure each CD is properly tagged before
starting the rip process.

Right now, I put a CD in and the CD gets ripped immediately into iTunes
(Automatically add to iTunes Library).

Can someone please suggest a process by which I could achieve the above? Will I
just need to make sure each Album Artist field is the same? How can I check
this? How can I correct if not the same? Is it just a matter of figuring how to
check the Compilation button on each album? If so, can you please explain how
to do it?

Obviously, with 500 cDs to rip, I'd like as efficient an approach as possible.

Many thanks in advance.

Keith
