Thanks so much all! I totally get it now. :) I used to think iTunes would put my camera roll pics and videos onto my computer automatically but this does not seem to be the case. :) I know when iTunes backs up my iPhone it backs up the pictures but those pictures are hidden in the backup and not accessible because they are packaged in with the backup.
Anna, I always wondered why iPhoto opens when I hook my phone up to my computer. Now, I just need to learn how to use iPhoto. I have like 5 GB of photos and videos to get off of my phone. Does iPhoto also import the videos or do I need another app for that. My family is the one who takes pictures with my phone. I will also help my friend with her PC. Thanks again.
