I think you have to unlock the screen first before you can do that.

Hi Cornelius and Isaac, first about Cornelius welcome to the world
of iPhones. Into Isaac no you don't have to unlock the screen
talking up a call, you can double tap on it twice while the screen
is locked and it will hang up that is with using a 5S Curnalia's,
I'm not for sure which phone you're using but I am pretty sure
with the five it'll work this way as well.

Hi,
You can't use the two-finger double-tap when the screen is locked.
If you're using headphones, you can use the middle button to hang
up. Otherwise, you'll need to unlock the screen and then do the
two-finger double-tap.
Best,
Anna

I use the two-finger double tap to hang up calls all the time,
without having to unlock the screen. I can't speak to anybody
else's situation, but it works on my iPhone 5. I think that
hanging up a call is the only time the two-finger double tap works
on the locked screen, it does not work for anything else unless I
unlock it.

Rotor command on the QWERTY keyboard

I do not use a QWERTY keyboard with my iPhone, so I do not know
the answer.
When QuickNav is not active, what is the command to turn the rotor
using a QWERTY keyboard. My friend tried
control+option+up-arrow+left-arrow, and
control+option+up-arrow+right-arrow, and reported these
combinations do not work.

Hello everyone, I am currently with a friend of mine, and we are
trying to pair her iPod touch fifth-generation with your
BrailleNote Apex. We have tried practically everything! We are
having trouble getting the two devices to pair at all and in fact
now, they are not even seeing each other. We have tried resetting
both devices and that hasn't worked either. We are getting
frustrated! Does anyone have any great tips?

Hi, Sieghard. I've actually done what you've suggested a few times.
Currently there are three updates I cannot execute, and the phone has
been behaving this way since the 16th of this month.
The odd thing is, one of the apps will not even uninstall from the
move-editing screen. Bit of a head scratcher.
All the best, Brain

Brian, I don't really have anything to contribute but I'm curious what
capacity your phone is and how much free space it contains. Also,
have you
tried updating it using iTunes?

The following web page by Ed Summers and Diane Brauner has an
excellent iOS
VoiceOver and iOS quick reference guide including bluetooth keyboard
commands:
http://support.sas.com/misc/accessibility/education/ios/quickref.html
It is current as of November 26, 2012 and iOS 6.01 and is very
well laid
out.
