Todd,

SpeedDots is a company that makes adaptive products for the iPhone and other
products. In particular, they make overlays that you can attach to your
screen that will give you tactile cues telling you where your fingers are
located. They also sell some standard products. As I understand it, this is
a business owned by a blind person. I have bought things from them in the
past and they are incredibly helpful.
