The app lets you select items such as milk, eggs, butter, etc. There are also categories you can choose from and if a product isn't there like goat cheese, it's easy enough to add it. All you do is to check the items you want. When you create an account, you can then sync lists across devices so for example, you need shaving cream so you add it to the list.
