Microsoft says OneDrive has no limits has to how many times a file can
be downloaded or how many megabytes can be downloaded from an account
in a day.

Yes, I am aware that the 100 GB of space from Bing rewards lasts a
year. In March 2015, I will find out if I can obtain another 100 GB
of storage to replace the storage that is going away. If not, I will
figure out a different solution. Nothing is permanent. Currently, I
have more than four GB of space with my regular OneDrive account that
is not being used let alone the 100 GB that I haven’t touched.
