Hi Richard and Maria, As you pointed out, Maria, Apple will support third-party keyboards for system-wide use. My guess is that this would mean MBraille or Fleksy can be used system wide. How exactly this implementation will work I don't know, but I would also assume that a developer such as the one for MBraille will continue to charge for the use of their keyboard. I don't have a developer account, either amd those who do probably will take their NDA seriously, but I would tell your friend to start saving for MBraille and if Apple's braille input works well then your friend just has saved up for nothing and he or she can use the money to buy something else. Fleksy is already Free so it will most likely stay that way.
