Hello All, I finally sat down to organize my paperwork using Text Grabber and the StandScan Pro. I did swap out my case on the phone to see if this was contributing to the lack of capturing the text in OCR. I changed out the phone case and received the same problem of the famous error message of make sure ... I am running the current version of Text Glabber and I was wondering if others were having the same issue. I know there is text on the item I am attempting to scan, so that's not the problem. If any one has some other tips for me to try, send them my way. In the mean time, I'll keep playing around in positioning the camera in the aperture on top to see where the sweet spot is.
