All:

For years I have been able to receive email on my iPhone and have not been
able to send email.  I've finally decided that I need to address this
problem.  When I try to send an email, I get an error message that indicates
that my username and/or password for the SMTP server is incorrect.  I've
checked the username and password and they are typed correctly.  I have a
gmail account and an earthlink account and neither will let me send.  My ISP
is Comcast/Xfinity.  Any suggestions as to what I can try would be greatly
appreciated.
