Good Evening all,

I have a fitbit flex and always have it on my wrist, except for when I shower.
I've read that it can sometimes interprit an arm movement for a step, but I
think overall it's been accurate for me. I like how it encourages me to keep
moving and many days I get over 10,000 steps in.

At the moment I don't have the Aria scale, but hoping to get it in the future,
at the moment I've been using a digital scale and reading the number with my
monocular (I do have some useable vision) and manually entering it into my app.
I have an app on my phone called Weight record that displays my body fat and
BMI I'm sure it's not as accurate as the Aria scale and probably works by using
some mathmetical equation but the app was free-- LOL.

I enjoy walking and doing workouts from Leslie Sansone. I find they really get
me sweating and I've lost over 20 pounds since March of this year.

Katey

PS I got my Flex around June 15th of this year.
