MBraille is the best one I've found. It offers reliable braille entry, a good help file, a mailing list where the developer is willing to answer questions and take feedback, and dot commands. For instance, I can type a tweet in braille, flick down for a new line, type ".tweet", and the tweet is sent. There are commands for email, ams, calendar, Blindsquare, Note Master, Safari, Google, Facebook, and other default and third-party apps. Editing your text is also easy, and the commands make sense once you know them. Again, too, the help file is extensive, and there's a mailing list for the app if you get stuck. It is $30 for the app, but you can try it for free. The only things you don't get are auto-copy (where MBraille puts your text on the clipboard when you exit the app) and the dot commands.
