How are you using them? I use MBraille in Away Mode, and hold my phone against my body, arms bent so my hands can rest on the screen with my thumbs and pinkies supporting the device. I can't type forever, but I can easily write a normal email or something equally long, and dashing off texts or tweets is a snap. Table Mode, where you use the device on a flat surface, is not really doable for me either, but perhaps a different position will help you?
