Hi Alan, Unfortunately, that didn't work for me. And also, unfortunately, I have had the problem you mentioned on more than one occasion and, as you said, just shutting it down for a bit and then rebooting did the trick. Disappointingly, not so with this problem. Thanks for the suggestion though.
