Hi Richard, Thanks for the suggestion, but guess I must be not doing something correctly. When you do anything with the volume it silences the ringer so even when VO gets turned up, when I try it, the volume is still very low when the ringer sounds. Grrr! So far I haven't thrown my phone or begun pulling my hair out quite yet. LOL!
