Hi,

The Lion Brand app has patterns that read fine with a braille display. Since 
they're long blocks, going through them with VoiceOver alone would be a pin 
though. If you wanted to use it without a braille display, I would suggest 
using Voice Memos or any voice recorder to record VoiceOver reading the 
pattern; then you could stop and start the recording as needed to move through 
the pattern.
