At this point, if you are in the United States and don't deal with other currencies, EyeNote does an excellent job and it is free. Note the spelling, it is eye, the organ for sight, not the letter i. It is put out by the bureau of Engraving. Money reader is $9.99 but recognizes something like 40 different currencies. HTH, Richard
