Screen protectors are to, well, protect the screen. Anything I can get to protect my expensive electronic device, I'll get it. If the screen gets scratched, chipped, or whatever the case may be, functionality may be lost. Screen protector?? You betcha. Not one with dots, though, as I think they will inhibit smooth swiping, like traveling on a bumpy road rather than a smooth one.

I haven't used a screen protector in 4 years. I honestly don't see the point. As long as you don't throw your phone in pockets with keys and other metal objects frequently, chances are, your display won't get scratches.

I think screen protectors can help with screen glare, and fingerprints on your screen but, if you don't have usable vision, that stuff won't matter to you anyway.

Hi,

Curious to learn if folks are choosing to use screen protectors or not.

Are they pretty generic and interchangeable, or are there certain recommended brands.

Thanks in advance. Keith
