Hi Steven, Even if you take care of your device that doesn't mean something can go wrong with the hardware. If this is the case, however, I would expect it to have connectivity issues everywhere. Anyhow, it won't hurt to call Apple and let them know.

I tried the same reset above to no effect. I contacted 02 again and they advised turning off 4g as this is not a 4g area. Again, this sorted the issue but when I got home, it started to play up again. Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be going on? My Wife has a nokia phone on 02 as well and she receives a consistent 4 bar signal with no issues. The phone is only about six months old and I have really taken care of it.
