Hi friends,

Up until last week, around Wednesday, my IPhone 5s has been working wonderfully
on the 02 network.
It started to drop signal last Wednesday and wouldn't send any texts but it
would let me make a call.
Now, at home the signal is all over the place and half the time, it won't send
a text or make or receive any calls.
I have spoken to 02 twice, the first time, I carried out settings, general and
network and reset the network settings. This worked at work but when I got
home, the signal dropped out again.
I tried the same reset above to no effect.
I contacted 02 again and they advised turning off 4g as this is not a 4g area.
Again, this sorted the issue but when I got home, it started to play up again.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be going on?
My Wife has a nokia phone on 02 as well and she receives a consistent 4 bar
signal with no issues.
The phone is only about six months old and I have really taken care of it.

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.
