Thanks for the info, better use the correct name of o2 in future, I have
learned something today anyway.
I tend to agree with you, I feel that it is some sort of odd coverage issues
but the strange things is that my Wife has a Nokia in the house and she has a
consistant 4 bar signal.

Still sounds like a coverage issue to me. Get Yourself a Giff Gaff simm to
try, costs little enough, they are carried on the O2 network, so that would
test this theory.

Note, it is "O2" as in gasious oxygen, not 02 as a plain number.

Subject: Iphone 5s simm card

Hi,

I have spoken to 02, my network provider about my IPhone issues mentioned
earlier.
They are suggesting that it is a simm fault. I could be very wrong but this
seems illogical to me that I go home, the signal dropps and I have to come
to work then reset the network settings and the signal comes back again.
How comes it is only in one place that the simm is faulty?

On a slightly different note, can anyone advise me on how to take out the
old simm and insert the new one?
I know that there is a slot on the side of the phone and I have the simm
tool, do I place the end of the simm tool in the whole and then push it in
quite hard to release the old simm?
