Hi Steven,

I travel several times a year and always change my SIM and I wouldn't worry
too much about the SIM tray shooting out. As far as I can tell it's not
spring loaded at all and for me it always just pops out a tiny bit, just
enough to grab it and pull it out. Yes, just put the removal tool in the
little hole which is actually to the side of the SIM tray. It is quite a
hard push to get it to release and pop out. As Rob Suggested, make sure you
keep it oriented the same way, if you accidently turn it over, just feel for
a small ridge in the middle that needs to go down (away from the touch
screen side).
The Nano SIM itself is very tiny and doing it over a table or other surface
is a good idea in case you drop it. It has one corner which is cut off a
bit, that corner goes to the outside and towards the top of the phone where
the power button is.In other words, if you turn the phone so you are looking
at the edge where the SIM tray goes in, the cut-off corner should be towards
you and on your right.

Regards,
Sieghard

Well, it is quite simple, but take it somewhere to catch the pieces, the
spring can be very strong and the tray shoot out everywhichway. I do things

like this on the bed so I can sweep the sheet for lost bits. But poking the

tool in the hole should press the spring release, so make sure your hand is

over where the drawer will pop out.
If you contained it well, the simm will still be in the tray the right way
so you can take that as a guide which way to put in the next one.
Slide the drawer back right in until it clicks, like doing an MSD in the
side of old phones or mp3 players. That is not far from the scale being
worked on with this job.

Subject: IPhone 5s Simm Card

Sorry all this question got tangled in another email so thought I would send

it separately.
The simm slot on the IPhone 5 is on the side, it is a drawer with a little
hole in it.
I have the simm tool, can anyone describe how I can get the old sim out
please?
I need to change it whena replacement arrives and don't want to guess and
damage the phone.
