Yes, I have noticed occasionally that if I give SIRI a commentcommand, when it 
comes back to me, it will just stop speaking half way through.

Hi,

I get this sometimes but not as often as you. I originally thought it was a 
connectivity problem but other things that require an internet connection still 
appear to work well when it happens. Quickly pressing the lock button 5 times 
also solves the problem.
