Not something I have seen or noticed on my 5S and this includes the entire time since June. I have a developer account and have been running iOS 8 since Beta 1 dcame out in early June. There have been all sorts of bugs, but dropping my WiFi connection has definitely not been one of them and this goes for both my home and work WiFi where I use 2 completely different routers, a Netgear at home and a Cisco at work.
