Hi,
Here is how I do it on Windows 7.
Connect iPhone to PC.
A message pops up asking what to do with Rob's iPhone.
If you dont get this message, dont worry.
go to my computer and choose Walter's iPhone\internal storage\DCIM\
you can
select all, then copy the pictures and videos to your PC, and then
delete them from the phone.
thats it.
