I have a 4s. On Saturday I updated from IOS 7.1.2 to 8.1 and today I updated to 8.1.1. I am very happy with the update. I have encountered no stability issues at all. With 8.1, it was a bit sluggish, especially in mail, but the update to 8.1.1 seems to have fixed that. Performance with 8.1.1 is a little decreased as compared to 7.1.2 but not enough to be bothersome.
