Ok, thanks. I think the thing that concerns me is that it doesn’t seem to be 
happening to many people in the way that I described. This is not an occasional 
occurrence. I can get this exact issue to come up every time. I would actually 
be somewhat relieved if it’s a software issue that can be resolved instead of 
going and getting a new phone. I will probably head over to the apple store to 
make sure. I think I only have 2 or 3 weeks left on my warranty.
