Hello,

I'm wondering if you have gone to the website and read the tips on finding the
barcodes? I have been a user of Digit-Eyes from the very beginning when it was
released. It takes practice to find the barcodes, but there are general
concepts that I use depending upon what type of item I am attempting to scan.
Can labels will have a seam that the edge will flap over from right to left.
Usually, the barcode is to the left of this and toward the bottom. On square
boxes, one can find the barcode opposite from the flap where one would open the
box. I usually turn the box so the bottom is facing up and will start trying to
find the barcode on the left side. These are just general tips and not all
items will follow this. Digit-Eyes is only one app that I can choose from to
obtain information on an item and is not the only app I'll use. It's nice to
have several apps in my bag of tricks to get the job done. The best thing about
Digit-Eyes is that I can create my own barcode labels and afix them to
different items. HTH.

Cheers,
Eileen
