Terri, I see from your email address that you have a Gmail account. In order to delete an email from this provider on your iPhone, you have to double tap the move button, then select the Trash folder. Unfortunately, the only way to delete multiple emails at once is to:
1. Open your Inbox. 2. Double tap the Edit button. 3. Double tap on each email one by one to select it. 4. Go down to the bottom of the screen and double tap the Move button. On the Move screen, double tap on the trash folder. All selected emails will then be moved to the trash folder.
