Thanks for the question. This is an effort by John/Pavel that work in libvirt engineering. They are testing (unreleased) upstream builds of libvirt as part of their development work. We will continue fostering and assist their efforts as much as possible. I'm in communication with their group, and will keep sharing good news and reports of any virt-test bugs they run into. That's the stable "virt-test + unstable libvirt" component. The other part I've got in mind, is testing "unstable virt-test + stable libvirt". I feel this will help keep our work on virt-test honest, and allow us to spot any bugs we cause, earlier. As usual, it's mostly time + resources + security/IT challenges at the moment. However, it's a high-priority in my mind, and I'll be pushing to see through this year. -- Chris Evich, RHCA, RHCE, RHCDS, RHCSS Quality Assurance Engineer e-mail: cevich + `@' + redhat.com o: 1-888-RED-HAT1 x44214 _______________________________________________ Virt-test-devel mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/virt-test-devel
