Oh, you certainly always have that permission.  It's open source, after 
all.  :)

My current thought is to create a .pkg that installs the app under 
/Applications/TurboVNC, along with a link to the documentation (as the 
current X11 viewer .pkg already does) and the README.txt file.  If the 
app is installed under a subdirectory of /Applications, then the user is 
less inclined to move it.  The .pkg would also install 
/opt/TurboVNC/bin/vncviewer as a symlink to the viewer contained in the 
app, and it would install the docs under /Library/Documentation as the 
X11 viewer .pkg already does.
