It's possible, but architecturally, it isn't really vncpasswd's job to 
do that, since other files besides the VNC password need to be stored in 
that same directory.  Why can't you just create a wrapper script?

There are several settings that affect the cursor, and to be honest, I 
haven't looked at them closely.  I think you can set the cursor to be 
server-side rather than client-side, and that may do what you want in 
terms of letting everyone share the same cursor.  As far as letting each 
participant have their own independent cursor, I don't know of any way 
that that would be possible.
