after i had tried asterisk 1.2 on debian, recognized that there is no
zaphfc in zaptel-modules 1.2, downgraded back to 1.0.9 and couldn't get
chan_zap to work anymore, i tried to install visdn.
although i don't understand the many configuration parameters it works
with asterisk 1.0.9. i just haven't figured out how to dial an arbitrary
long number to SIP or IAX2.
i cannot dial a number that has more than 4 digits when i use
exten => _NXX.,1,Goto(dialout,${EXTEN},1)
in extensions.conf
with zaphfc asterisk waits some time before it starts an outbound call.
what do i need to put in the dialplan to be able to dial arbitrary long
numbers (all outbound calls go over SIP or IAX2)
