A more or less general question.

Imagine a HFC-card (TE-mode) and a conventional ISDN-Telephone connected
to the telco NT at the same time. I would have guessed that visdn would
check the actual state of both B-channels all the time. If I'd place a
call with the standard phone I occupy 1 B-channel. But visdn/asterisk
seems not to know that this channel is occupied. The CLI will show 
  B1: AVAILABLE
  B2: AVAILABLE
Though one channel is definitely occupied. Bug or feature?
