Simple. If E-Channel has data specified for another TE, you can be sure
that one or both channel/s is/are busy.
So there could be an indication. The only problem about this is, that it
is not the channel of the own card which
is busy. but that will not be interessting. if your bus is completely
full. It is not important if it is the own B-Channel
or another in the same network since you have only two in the whole network.
